PhD in 1995 on photoinduced electron transfer mechanism at the Department of Photochemistry in Mulhouse (France). Short post-doctoral training at the Institute of Physical Chemistry of Fribourg in Switzerland on picosecond transient grating spectroscopy. In 1996, Assistant Professor at the Chemistry Institute of Mulhouse (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Mulhouse). Full Professor at the University of Haute Alsace in Mulhouse in 2003. Head of the Laboratory of Macromolecular Photochemistry and Engineering from 2006 to 2022.

ACTIVITES DE RECHERCHE
Current research interests are : -Study of the primary processes involved in photopolymerization, photoinduced electron transfer, triplet-triplet energy transfer, hydrogen abstraction, -Kinetics of photopolymerization reaction, thermodynamical properties of photopolymers, and -Formulation and development of photopolymerizable systems for coatings, 3D printing, photocomposites and holography…
